At Furniture Warehouse North East, we offer a White Glove Delivery Service on all orders.

This ensures all furniture is successfully delivered and properly assembled, removing any stress from the process.
We deliver across the North East of England from our warehouse in Sunderland.
Whether your nearby in Tyne and Wear, or bit further afield in Northumberland or County Durham, we'll deliver to your order to a room of your choice.
Direct Home Deliveries
Some items are delivered for free via Direct Home Delivery (DHD) straight from the manufacturer.

These orders are available for delivery across the mainland UK, and also include free assembly.
​
In these cases, it will be clearly listed in the delivery notes on the product page, and Direct Home Delivery will be listed as the only delivery option at checkout.

Placing Your Order
When you choose a product from our website, you can check the approximate lead time on the product page under "Delivery".
Lead times vary from product to product, and most orders are made bespoke for the customer by our partnered manufacturers.

You can always call our stores to double-check delivery times on our products, as they can vary, and we might have something in stock that is ready to deliver!

Your Items Are Ready
When your items have arrived in our warehouse, a member of staff will contact you by phone or email to arrange a delivery date. This is usually the following week, but we can hold items for several weeks if you're not ready to receive them.

Once your delivery date is confirmed, you can sit back and relax!

Your Delivery Window
On your arranged delivery date, a member of staff will contact you by phone an hour before the delivery is due. Our drivers will then aim to arrive as soon as possible.
Deliveries start at 9:30am and usually finish by 5pm.

Delivered to a Room of Your Choice
When your order arrives, our friendly delivery staff will bring your furniture to a room of your choice. Please ensure there is a clear access route to the delivery room to avoid delays or accidental damage.

When placing your order, please consult the dimensions chart on each product page to make sure they will fit in your property and through any doorways. Furniture Warehouse North East is not responsible if the item is too large to deliver to your chosen room.

Fully Assembled for Free
Our expert staff will fully assemble any furniture as part of our White Glove Delivery Service. Our delivery staff have decades of experience assembling furniture, so let them ensure everything is properly in-place.
