Delivery Charges

North East Delivery: We offer quick delivery across the North East at a flat rate of £50 per order.

Rest of mainland UK: Delivery charges for orders outside the North East may vary. Please get in touch directly to discuss rates ahead of making an order. Alternatively, once an order has been placed, a member of staff will be in touch to discuss delivery fees.

We do not deliver outside of mainland UK (eg. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Outer Hebrides and the Channel Islands).

Returns Policy

We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period for any orders that are not bespoke or hygiene-sensitive.
